PSG Made Contact With Zaha

June 16, 2023 by admin Leave a Comment

According to the Daily Mail, Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) had contact with the Ivorian Wilfried Zaha whose contract comes to an end this month. PSG’s Luis Campos has said to have watched Zaha on a number of occasions this season.

However, it looks like Zaha has lots of options with Arab teams ready to offer him more cash. Still, the striker who has never played in a major European competition would like to stay in Europe to taste the kinds of Champions League next year.

Wilfried Zaha made his debut for Crystal Palace in 2009 and was considered one of the most interesting talents at the time moving to Manchester United in 2013 where his collaboration with David Moyes did not go well.

He then returned to Palace 2 years later in 2015 and has never left since.

Internationally, Zaha has 33 selections for the Ivory Coast, his country of birth.

Mikel Arteta told Nicolas Pepe he is not part of his plans and therefore not wanted anymore in the Arsenal dressing room.

Pepe arrived in the Premier League to much fanfare in a deal that cost a whopping £72 million from Lille in 2019. The huge price tag was followed by big expectations, but obviously, the Ivorian Attacker did not meet them.

Pepe was then sent back to France on loan with Nice where he did not impress either. The only option left for the Ivorian is to find a new club.

As it stands now, rumors say Nicolas Pepe is close to Fenerbache, Turkey. We follow the situation…
