Roseline Layo, the female revelation of the year in the music world married her manager David Gnahou, today, at the Hôtel Communal du Plateau, in Abidjan Cocody.

The Ivorian public discovered her through her album “Donnez nous un peu”.

Roseline Layo is an inspiration to many in the Ivory Coast as she became orphan when her dad while she was 8 years old. In 2011, during the war between Ouattara and Gbagbo, she had to flee to the neighbour country Guinea where she remained for almost a decade.

After her returning home, she was soo poor that she could not afford to pay for minutes on her phone. Miraculously, she was selected to take part in tv music competition which took her where she is now.
